RETURNS
IF FOR ANY REASONS YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE WILL GLADLY REFUND YOUR MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ONCE YOU OPEN YOUR RETURN REQUEST, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO SEND YOUR ITEM(S) BACK TO US.

PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND WE HIGHLY ADVISE TO OBTAIN A PROOF OF POSTING IN THE FORM OF A TRACKING NUMBER, AS MARINA EERRIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS THAT FAIL TO REACH US.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- SHIPPING COSTS AND DUTIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN UNUSED, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED.
- ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETE WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND/OR PACKAGING. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE ORIGINAL BRAND TAGS ARE MISSING OR HAVE BEEN DETACHED.
- THE RETURN MUST BE POSTED IN THE PACKAGE IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED. WE WILL DEDUCT THE COST OF PACKAGING FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT AT OUR DISCRETION IF THE ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX.
- IF INCORRECT RETURN DOCUMENTS WERE USED WHICH LED TO ADDITIONAL EXPENSES FOR US TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL - THESE EXPENSES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT AND ANY ITEM IN UNSUITABLE CONDITION WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU. ONLY MARINA EERRIE HAS THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE WHETHER PRODUCTS ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
CUSTOM-MADE PIECES
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGES/REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS AS THESE HAVE BEEN MADE SPECIALLY FOR YOU. Custom-made pieces are the garments that were made according to the measurements you gave us and that differ from our standard sizing, also the garments that were altered (including colour/ length/ or any other design changes).
REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS TO REACH YOUR ACCOUNT, DEPENDING ON YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS OR ANY DUTIES OR TAXES INCURRED.
DELIVERY & TRACKING POLICY
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED, A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER.
IF THE CARRIER’S TRACKING INFORMATION INDICATES THAT THE PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT THE CUSTOMER BELIEVES IT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED, THE CUSTOMER MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE MARKED AS “DELIVERED” IN THE CARRIER’S TRACKING SYSTEM.
AFTER THIS 14-DAY PERIOD:
• WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS REGARDING NON-DELIVERY.
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RELATED PAYMENT DISPUTES OR CHARGEBACKS INITIATED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
FAILURE TO REPORT A DELIVERY ISSUE WITHIN THE STATED TIMEFRAME CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY.
CANCELLING THE ORDER
AS A YOUNG SUSTAINABLE BRAND WE MAKE-TO-ORDER ALL PIECES. ONCE THE GARMENT IS CUT OR SEWN WE CANNOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, UNFORTUNATELY.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO NON-REFUNDABLE THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES CHARGED BY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS.
WHERE A CUSTOMER REQUESTS CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT ANY NON-RECOVERABLE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSACTION.
IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED DUE TO SUSPECTED FRAUD, FAILED PAYMENT VERIFICATION, UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A PAYMENT METHOD, OR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT ANY NON-RECOVERABLE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES FROM ANY REFUNDED AMOUNT.
